Ceremony marking the Investiture of Lion (Mrs.) Emem Esu Amba as 14th President of Oron Anchor Town New Century Lions Club, alongside inauguration of the club's 2017-2018 Board of Directors is slated to hold as follows:

According to Information made available by the Central Planning Committee Chairperson, Lion Lauretta Obisung, the event which shall also feature a Fund Raising Banquet shall be held under the distinguished chairmanship of the Chief Medical Director, Nedeke Children's Hospital, Uyo, Dr. Bassey Ntekim, with the District Governor, District 404 A2 Lion Ephraim Akwaowo as Chief Host and the Chairperson, Region 2, Lion (Engr.) Ubong Ebitu as host.
Meanwhile, the Clan Head of Idua, HRH Obuong Edet N. Ekeng, Itai Oro, Chief (Prof.) Mrs. Ekanem Uwe, as well as the Vice Chancellor, Akwa Ibom State University, Prof. Eno James Ibanga are expected as Father of the Day, Mother of the Day and Special Guest of Honour, respectively.
Also expected as Guests of Honour at the event are the Bursar, Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, Dr. Sunday Okpo ; Chief Consultant to FGN on SDGs, AKS, Lion (Elder) Engr. David Allu; Chairperson, Police Officers' Wives Association, Bayelsa State Command, Mrs. Janet Amba; Member, Int'l Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Barr. Maryfaith Jolasinmi and Rotarian Effiong Enyeting of Nigerian Ports Authority, Port Harcourt.
